The Communicate Fully Experience
Over the course of my career, I have worked with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school age children, and adults. I am experienced in evaluating and treating communication disorders throughout the continuum of care. I am married with five adult children, a dog, and chickens! I love spending time with family and spending time outdoors doing activities such as, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, and walking my dog to get groceries. My goal in my career is to provide quality evidence-based intervention to families. I have professional experiences working as part of multidisciplinary teams in inpatient rehab centers, home care, and schools with experience treating both children and adults of all ages. I provide one-on-one, individualized therapy and group sessions to the preschool and school-aged population in Ferndale/Troy, MI and the surrounding cities. I offer flexible hours and locations, including in-home therapy, therapy at a local library, or providing services at your child's daycare center. Teletherapy is also available to those clients living within the state of Michigan.

I’m Theresea Dahmer, a licensed speech pathologist with a deep passion for helping both children and adults enhance their communication skills. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders, I bring a solid educational background to my practice.
As a mother of five and a wife, I understand the importance of clear communication in everyday life. My commitment to making a positive difference in others' lives drives my work and fuels my enthusiasm.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I enjoy tending to my chicken coop and garden—two hobbies that bring me joy and balance. I’m a true people person and am excited to work with anyone who seeks to improve their speech and language skills.
